Democracy4Iran is a "Big Tent" coalition. We are Persians, Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Lors, Mazandaranis, Baluchs, Arabs, Gilaks, Turkmens, and more. We are monarchists and republicans, religious minorities, irreligious and believers, conservatives and progressives.

With a population now exceeding 92 million, Iran is a vibrant mosaic. We are united by one urgent reality: our country is no longer our own. We seek a democratic future built on these four pillars:

The Reality: A Nation Under Occupation

For over 45 years, Iran has been held hostage by a radical Islamist occupation. This is not a government; it is a colonial-style force that treats the Iranian plateau as a resource to be plundered.

Extraction & Sabotage

The regime has systematically drained the nation's wealth. While our oil revenues vanish into the pockets of the ruling elite, our water tables have been destroyed by ideological mismanagement, leaving our ancient lands in "water bankruptcy."

Foreign Mercenaries

To maintain control, the regime imports the very terror it exports. They use Hezbollah and other jihadist proxies—trained with Iranian money—to patrol our streets in pickup trucks. They don't just police; they terrorize, using rifles and axes to silence the 92 million citizens they view as subjects, not compatriots.

Global Outreach of Terror

The occupation does not stop at our borders. In 2025, Australian authorities confirmed that the IRGC orchestrated terrorist attacks on Australian soil, leading to the first-ever designation of the IRGC as a "State Sponsor of Terrorism" by the Australian Parliament.

The Path Forward: Supporting Reza Pahlavi

To move from occupation to liberation, we need a catalyst for unity. We support Reza Pahlavi as the interim transitional leader.

His role is not to claim a throne, but to serve as the unifying diplomat who can bridge the gap between our diverse opposition groups and the international community. He is the guardian of the transition—overseeing the path to a constitutional referendum where the Iranian people, and they alone, will decide if their future is a Republic or a Constitutional Monarchy.

Why a Free Iran is the World's Greatest Opportunity

For Iranians: It means an end to "Day Zero" water shortages, a return to the global economy, and the right to live without the shadow of the gallows.

For the World: A secular, democratic Iran removes the primary engine of Middle Eastern instability. It replaces a "Terror Hub" with a stable, energy-rich partner that respects international borders.

Change happens when the cost of inaction becomes too high for global leaders. We must make politicians in the West realize that votes are at stake. By organizing the diaspora and our allies, we turn the freedom of Iran into a domestic political priority across the globe.
